This local technical preview of mortgagerecast.net is for implementation review, not a deployed production service. Contact details are shown as supplied for the proposed site; mail delivery has not been configured or tested by this build.
Calculation and browser storage
All calculator arithmetic in this build run in the browser. Values are not inserted into URLs, sent to an API, or reported to an analytics or crash-reporting service by this application. No location lookup, bank connection or account login is implemented.
Scenarios are saved only when you select Save scenario. The localStorage key mortgagerecast.scenarios.v1 stores up to 20 named scenarios, including loan balance, rate, remaining months, lump sum, fee and payment-choice inputs. Each Delete action asks for confirmation. These records remain until you delete them, clear this site's browser data or the browser removes them. Storage may be unavailable; arithmetic still works. Reset clears the current form, not saved scenarios.
Files and network requests
The preview serves its own HTML, styles, scripts and Inter font files. It includes no analytics, advertising, third-party fonts or runtime CDN dependencies. Opening a page still requests its files from the local preview server; that server may record requested paths. The application sends no calculator values or CSV contents with those requests.
No offline availability is promised. Following an external source link or choosing an email or telephone link leaves this application and is subject to the receiving service’s practices.
Scope of this notice
This notice describes only the tested local build, reviewed 6 November 2026. It does not establish the future operator’s legal identity, hosting or email processors, retention policies, international transfers or legal bases. Those production arrangements have not been verified in this local-only task. No remote hosting, mail forwarding or public deployment was performed.
